How we've helped clients in many sectors.
Business today is constantly striving to attain sustainable growth. Business processes, models, ideas, goals and everyday tasks are easy to plan. What is difficult is leading and managing people through execution and achieving sustainable growth. Leading people is probably the most difficult task in business, but vital to sustainability. So what makes it difficult? The people! People change every day; there is no certainty. They come with emotions, feelings and attitudes just to mention a few. Leading successful performance excellence programs requires you to train people, manage teams, lead and provide guidance, so understanding people will greatly aid your performance excellence efforts.
In BMGI’s Leading High-Performing Teams Workshop, you will learn the tools that will help you to lead teams more effectively. You will get a chance to share your experiences and reflect on your own leadership style, and you will create a plan to start to mould your leadership style.
This workshop is designed to give you an opportunity to share your successful and challenging experiences, and practice the skills to become better leaders. The data is compelling that holistic, effective cross-functional teams are significantly more likely to produce better business results. Of the best performance companies, 65.5 percent show good crossfunctional cooperation on project teams, whereas only 24 percent of the worst performance companies do. Organizations with high performing teams significantly outperform their peers by effectively leveraging the capability and experience of each individual team member.
How can companies unleash the potential of people to create highperforming teams? BMGI’s High-Performing Team methodology is designed to empower people to achieve innovation success.
Very relevant to managers as a general skill, can be used in everyday environment, both personal and professional.
