Neil Maslen

As president of BMGI South Africa, Neil Maslen leverages more than 15 years of executive-level engagement in managing companies. A proven business leader who has helped organizations to develop and realize sustainable solutions, he’s worked with a wide variety of organizations, including those in the mining, resources, chemical, petro chemical, engineering and financial sectors. As a passionate and experienced problem solver, Neil has an uncanny knack of slicing through the “noise” to find a workable, practical solution. He’s a trusted advisor to business leaders when they need to know how to release organizational value through people, process and structure. He expertly helps clients determine the right organizational direction, and then develop a clear and simple plan to make this direction everyone’s daily function.

Alex Wagner

Alex is a Senior Client Partner at BMGI South Africa. He is a highly practical leader and manager with broad consulting and work experience gained in many different industries and countries. His ability to inspire people helps to deliver well-designed, high-impact and sustainable programs. Alex’s systematic approach to developing business improvement programs is insightful and powerful. His eye for detail and thoroughness ensure the effective implementation of processes aligned to strategy.

Desire Janse van Vuuren

Desiré is a Client Services Coordinator at BMGI South Africa. Her main responsibility is to liaise between BMGI staff members and their clients to ensure a seamless working relationship. Desiré has diverse work experience in a number of different industries. Her previous positions include: medical receptionist, secretary, air hostess, personal assistant and sales consultant.

Dimitri Markoulides

Dimtri, a Senior Client Partner and a Six Sigma Operational Specialist at BMGI South Africa. His main focus is on finding alternative and innovative solutions for new products and process design requirements for BMGI’s clients. He also applies his considerable expertise to the deployment of Six Sigma throughout organisations. Dimitri qualified as a Six Sigma Black Belt in 1998 and a Master Black Belt in 1999. He is a highly skilled mentor and trainer, having trained more than 100 Executives, Champions, Black Belts and Green Belts on all levels, up to and including executive management level, during his experience in Six Sigma.

Ginty Chalk

Ginty is a Specialty Trainer at BMGI South Africa. She is responsible for training in Change Leadership and Train the Trainer, the development of new training programs and the enhancement of existing curricula. She also conducts BMGI’s internal training for trainer and consultant development. Ginty has an extensive background in competency-based design, development and training, which provides a sound foundation for a specialty instructor. She also has experience in a wide range of industries. Her expertise includes: needs analysis, job analysis, training needs assessment, training design and development and curriculum design and development.

Grant Baxter

Grant is a Senior Client Partner at BMGI South Africa and focuses mainly on Six Sigma training, coaching and mentoring. He also assists with Six Sigma deployment planning and initialisation. He has a strong background in Six Sigma and received his training in Europe. He is qualified as a Six Sigma Champion and Master Black Belt. Grant also has many years of experience in change management and employee development which, combined with his Six Sigma expertise, provide a solid foundation for coaching and mentoring.

Hanli van der Merwe

Hanli is a Principle Consultant, Master Black Belt and a Lean and Six Sigma Trainer at BMGI South Africa. She focuses mainly on open enrolment training, but also assists with the training of engagement teams. She is qualified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and received her training from BMGI prior to joining them. Hanli also has experience in DFSS, Hoshin planning and change management.

Jayshree Naicker

Jayshree is a Senior Client Partner and a Master Black Belt at BMGI South Africa and focuses on training coaching and mentoring. She also aids in the deployment of Six Sigma. She is qualified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and received her training from BMGI prior to joining them. Jayshree also has experience in Design for Six Sigma, Hoshin Planning, Change Management and TRIZ problem solving.

Jenny Erasmus

Jenny is the Human Resources Manager for BMGI South Africa. She is responsible for the full Human Resources Function for the BMGI South Africa Team. She has more than 20 years hands on HR experience in the Technical Services, Scientific and Industrial Research, Manufacturing and Consulting industry. Her areas of expertise are:
• Development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures.
• HR legislative compliance
• Performance management.
• Company social responsibility initiatives.
• Employee training and Development.
• Recruitment and selection.
• Industrial relations.
• Employee compensation and benefits.

Johan Oelofse

Johan is BMGI's Operations Manager and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He is both a Transactional and Operational specialist and is responsible for all Six Sigma training, coaching and mentoring. He acts as the lead consultant on many Six Sigma dep loyment projects. Johan has diverse business experience which allows him to adapt easily into different business environments. His approach to business related issues is solid, from both a technical and a functional standpoint. Through experience, he has gained good transactional and technical capabilities which allow him to successfully break down and apply business improvement methodologies where required within the organisation.
